Our Story

Maya Rent was founded in Bologna in 2024, drawing on the experience of cinema professionals with a background rooted in film production.

The move into equipment rental came from a need observed firsthand on set: to offer productions a single reliable source for high-end cinematographic gear — cameras, lenses, lights, audio, grip, and accessories, all gathered in a curated catalogue.

From these origins, Maya Rent has grown into a company dedicated to cinema rental and technical set services, combining production vision with hands-on technical expertise. The result is a rental house built around the concrete needs of production, offering logistics, service, crew, and operational support for a wide range of projects — from commercial sets to feature film productions.
