Fill out the Rental Form with the necessary contract details and any pickup authorization.

‍4. Pick up at our location
The day before production, from 5:00 PM onwards, visit us at Via Capo di Lucca, 12– 40126 Bologna:
• sign the contract
• leave the deposit
• load the equipment

5. Enjoy your production
Enjoy your set: we remain available for any needs.

Remember that you can pick up from 5:00 PM the day before and return by 11:00 AM the day after at no additional cost. Pickup and return are understood to be at Maya Studios' premises in Bologna.

Pickup Authorization

1. The prices indicated are for a single working day rental, unless otherwise specified in the quote, product sheet, or written agreements between the parties.

2. The rental period begins on the pickup date and ends on the agreed return date. Early return does not entitle the customer to refunds or reductions in the fee, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. The equipment must be picked up and returned at Maya Studios' warehouse in Bologna, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Transportation, loading, unloading, and custody during transport are at the customer's expense and responsibility.

4. Signing the quote, written acceptance thereof, even partial payment, or pickup of the equipment implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and Maya Studios' Standard Rental Agreement, which the customer declares to have received, read, and accepted. Maya Rent may, however, request, before delivery, the signing of the standard rental agreement and any attachments related to the equipment, values, deposit, delivery, and return.

5. Rental payment must be made before or at the time of equipment pickup, unless otherwise agreed in writing. In case of non-payment or delayed payment, Maya Studios may suspend delivery or refuse new rentals.

6. The customer may cancel the rental only via written communication. For rentals with a total order value below €1,000.00, cancellation is free if communicated at least 48 hours before pickup or delivery; in case of cancellation between 48 and 24 hours prior, a penalty of 50% of the rental cost applies, while within 24 hours prior, or in case of no-show, a penalty of 100% applies. For rentals with a total order value of €1,000.00 or more, cancellation is free only if communicated more than 7 days before pickup or delivery; in case of cancellation within 7 days and up to 3 days prior, a penalty of 50% applies, while within 3 days prior, or in case of no-show, a penalty of 100% applies. The deposit is not included in the penalty calculation, and any excess amount paid will be returned to the customer, subject to any amounts due.

7. A deposit must be paid before equipment pickup, via instant bank transfer or other agreed method. The deposit guarantees fees, penalties, damages, shortages, delays, expenses, and any other sum owed by the customer.

8. The deposit will be returned after the equipment is returned and verified, net of any damages, malfunctions, shortages, delays, penalties, or unpaid amounts. The signing of the return document does not exclude subsequent claims for damages or defects not immediately detectable.

9. The customer is responsible for the equipment from the moment of delivery until its accepted return to Maya Studios. The customer is liable for damages, breakages, theft, robbery, loss, fire, missing accessories, cables, cases, packaging, or delivered components.

10. The equipment must be used correctly, according to manufacturer's instructions, safety standards, and normal professional diligence. It is forbidden to tamper with, open, modify, repair, or have the equipment repaired without written authorization from Maya Studios.

11. It is forbidden to sub-rent, assign, lend, or grant the rented equipment to third parties without written authorization from Maya Studios. The equipment must be stored in secure locations and must not be left unattended in vehicles or areas open to the public.

12. Insurance is optional for rentals with a value of €2,000.00 or less, but strongly recommended. For rentals with a value exceeding €2,000.00, adequate insurance coverage in favor of Maya Studios is a necessary condition for equipment delivery. The cost of insurance, if requested or necessary, is borne by the customer.

13. In case of delayed return, damages, theft, loss, non-payment, improper use, or violation of rental conditions, Maya Studios may apply penalties, retain the deposit, claim compensation for damages, and terminate the contract. For any dispute, Italian law applies, and the competent court is that of Bologna, unless otherwise provided by mandatory legal provisions.

Preamble and acceptance of the rental agreement
‍These Terms and Conditions constitute an operational summary of the main conditions applicable to the rental and do not replace Maya Rent's Standard Rental Agreement, which fully governs the relationship between the parties. By signing this quote, or by written acceptance thereof, even partial payment of the rental, or pickup of the equipment, the customer declares to have read, understood, and fully accepted Maya Studios' Standard Rental Agreement, these Terms and Conditions, as well as any attachments, material sheets, insurance values, delivery documents, and return documents. In case of conflict between this summary and the Standard Rental Agreement, the provisions of the Standard Rental Agreement shall prevail, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties.

It uses the 4.6K ALEV 4 sensor with up to 17 stops of dynamic range, ARRIRAW and ProRes recording, very natural highlight rendering and REVEAL Color Science, designed to offer more accurate color, believable skin tones and excellent performance even in difficult lighting conditions.

The camera integrates motorized internal ND filters, an LPL mount and a modular structure designed for complex sets, HDR workflows, anamorphic shooting and high-profile cinema or streaming deliveries. 5. A security deposit must be paid via instant bank transfer before equipment pickup. The deposit will be fully refunded once the rented equipment is returned and verified, barring any damages or missing items.
